What it is
Worry-Free Delivery is an optional protection service that helps you resolve issues if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For a small fee, we provide priority assistance and, where eligible, a replacement or refund.
What's covered
- ✅ Loss in transit — Packages confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery.
- ✅ Theft after delivery — Packages marked delivered but not received, with supporting evidence.
- ✅ Damage — Items that arrive damaged, reported with photo or video evidence.
How to file a claim
To process your claim, we need your cooperation with the following. Claims cannot be processed without them:
- Report the issue within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date for lost items).
- Provide your order number, plus photos or video of the damaged item and its packaging (for damage claims).
- Provide a signed statement of non-receipt, and for theft, a police report or filing reference where required.
- Reasonably cooperate with the carrier's investigation if one is opened.
Processing time
We aim to review eligible claims within 1–2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days after all required information is received.
Not covered
- Claims filed after the 7-day reporting window.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages confirmed delivered where the evidence does not support loss or theft.
- Claims where the customer declines to provide the required documentation.
- Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Worry-Free Delivery provides claim assistance and supplements carrier liability; it is not an insurance policy. Coverage is subject to the terms above.
